Yes. We hold meetings both in person at our office (ul. Wspólna 47A, 3rd floor, Warsaw) and online – via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
We agree the format individually when confirming the date.
We aim to reply on the same working day. Messages sent after hours or at the weekend are answered on the next working day.

The first meeting is a conversation in which we get to know your situation and needs. Based on it, we assess which legal steps are possible and propose a concrete approach to the case.
It is worth preparing the key documents relating to the case beforehand – this makes the conversation more productive and lets us propose realistic solutions.
Yes. Our office is in Warsaw, but we regularly work with clients from across Poland and abroad – in particular companies operating in the Polish market or in disputes with Polish entities.
Meetings with clients from outside Warsaw usually take place online or at an agreed location.
We agree fees individually, depending on the type and complexity of the case. We use different billing models: a fixed project fee, an hourly rate or – in selected cases – a success fee.
We discuss the financial terms openly at the first conversation, before taking any action.
