Karolina combines two specialisations that intertwine at every step in the pharmaceutical and food sectors: corporate law and product regulation. She handles shareholder disputes in industry companies, M&A transactions, and proceedings before the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products and the Chief Sanitary Inspector.
She led the team advising on the merger of two generic drug manufacturers worth more than PLN 200 million – ensuring that none of their over 120 products left the market during the transaction.
In 2024 she received the Business Centre Club award for outstanding lawyers. Since 2021 she has run the ZMW Legal mentoring programme for young lawyers.
