Michał handles tax disputes from customs and tax audits, through proceedings before the directors of tax administration chambers, to the voivodeship administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. He specialises in VAT, transfer pricing and the liability of management board members for a company’s tax arrears.
Within the Digital practice he supports e-commerce companies, broadcasters and IT businesses – on technology contracts, personal data protection and the taxation of digital services.
In 2024 he received an individual recommendation in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking.
