Joanna works on pharmaceutical and food law: registration of medicinal products, notification of dietary supplements, product labelling and advertising. She prepares regulatory audits for transactions in the Life Sciences sector.

Within the Funds & State Aid practice she supports biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in obtaining and settling grants for research and development projects.

She was part of the team advising on the merger of two generic drug manufacturers worth more than PLN 200 million.

• Regulatory audit of more than 120 marketing authorisations in the merger of generic drug manufacturers
• Notifications of dietary supplements and food for special medical purposes for Polish and foreign manufacturers
• Review of advertising materials for medicinal products under pharmaceutical law
• Supporting a biotechnology company in obtaining and settling funding for an R&D project
