Krzysztof has been with ZMW Legal since 2015 – he progressed here from trainee advocate to Senior Associate. He works on high-value corporate disputes and proceedings before the arbitration courts at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Lewiatan Confederation and the ICC.

He specialises in shareholder disputes, challenges to resolutions and the liability of management board members. In Life Sciences and tax matters he is responsible for litigation strategy and representation in court.

In 2024 he was named a Rising Star in the Legal 500 EMEA ranking.

• Representing a parent company in arbitration before the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in a dispute worth PLN 120 million
• Member of the team representing the management board of a listed company in a dispute over damage caused by its former CEO
• Conducting proceedings to set aside and declare invalid shareholders’ meeting resolutions
• Representing a dietary supplement manufacturer in a trademark infringement dispute
• Interim relief proceedings in corporate disputes, including security over shares
