Marek is the link between the lawyers and the client’s teams. In the Funds & State Aid practice he is responsible for project schedules, document flow and audit preparation. In Life Sciences transactions he coordinates the work of several teams at once.

Before joining ZMW Legal he spent 8 years at an intermediate body implementing EU programmes – he knows how projects are assessed and settled from the administration’s side.

• Coordinating the preparation of funding applications with a total value of more than PLN 700 million
• Managing the settlement of a PLN 420 million renewable energy investment project
• Coordinating the schedule for transferring marketing authorisations in the merger of generic drug manufacturers
• Preparing clients for audits of EU projects and handling post-audit documentation
