In 2023 the team handled more than a dozen disputes worth over PLN 50 million each – before the common courts, the Supreme Court and the arbitral tribunals at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Lewiatan Confederation and the ICC. The Rising Star recommendation for Krzysztof Kowal is a particular source of pride for us: he is a lawyer who has grown at ZMW Legal since his traineeship.
